The interview is a first opportunity to get to know you, find out more about you, your motivation and interests, look for suitable opportunities together and find your perfect match. Your preparation for the interview depends entirely on the position you have applied for in our company. For example, you should find out about the profession and the tasks you are interested in.
If you are shortlisted for the advertised job, we will invite you to an interview. We are happy to conduct an initial interview by telephone or video conference. We will then ask you to come to one of our offices for the actual interview. You can present yourself there in person and receive all the information you need about the specific job. If it's not possible to meet in person, we can also organise this via WhatsApp, Teams or Viber.

Employment relationship and career opportunities

As one of our employees, you have the opportunity to get to know different companies within one formal employer - Trenkwalder. You can change jobs without any complications and keep the security of a regular job. The employment agency is legally the employer providing the work of the employees to another user, so the employee has the same rights and obligations under this type of employment relationship as if he/she were directly employed by the company (the user of the recruitment services).

Employees working through Trenkwalder are fully equal to all those directly employed by the company in the same job. The same criteria and rules apply to the calculation of the number of days of leave, the same rest periods, the same working hours, the same salary paid on the same day, etc. At Trenkwalder, we work with companies that respect the law. In the event of any irregularities, we stand by our employees and take action to ensure that the irregularity is corrected.

Trenkwalder offers a variety of employment opportunities and methods. Even on a permanent/long-term basis! If you are employed by Trenkwalder on a permanent basis, you are equal in rights and obligations to a person who is employed on a permanent basis by the same company (the user of the HR services).

Employees who are seconded to a company through Trenkwalder are paid regularly and accurately in advance. The contracted salary is the same as for colleagues who are directly employed by the company and work in the same job. Employees are also entitled to allowances for meals, transport, regimes and other benefits, in accordance with the collective agreement and other applicable legislation.
