Employment Contract
Yes, there is usually a probationary period as part of the employment contract. The length of the probationary period depends on the client/user and the post. It is usually 4 to 6 months, but can be less.
Anyone who is a regular employee of Trenkwalder with a fixed or permanent employment contract and who works for another user/company has a regular employment relationship with all the rights and obligations that follow from this.
Employment contracts can be for a fixed or indefinite period. This depends on the needs of the user/company to which Trenkwalder refers the employee.
We are often asked whether it is possible to be taken on by the client company.
We can answer this question with a resounding YES and have already had some successes in this regard.
However, the takeover depends on the desire, preference and possible vacancy of a customer company.
Salary
You can get your payslip through several channels, from the regular mail in your mailbox (enveloped payslip), you can pick it up from the person in charge of the company/user, you can receive it by email or you can access the Employee Portal, where you can find other employment documents in addition to your payslip.
Together, all the digital approaches to your pay slip make it a small piece of sustainability.
Something is not clear on your payslip or a small error has crept in?
We always work with great care, but unfortunately we cannot rule out the possibility that we may make a mistake.
We therefore ask you to get in touch with your Trenkwalder contact person in this case. They will clarify the matter immediately!
The last payday of the current month is fixed in accordance with the rules of the user/company to which you are assigned, as well as the collective agreements and applicable legislation. Each contract of employment or posting notice shall specify the date of payment.
You can always contact your Trenkwalder contact person or your administrator for the exact dates of payment.
Net pay depends on a number of factors, such as length of service, benefits, attendance at work, etc., and therefore varies from person to person and even from month to month. The employment contract must always specify the gross salary due for the job in question. The amount of the contractual gross salary is the same for the same job, regardless of whether you are employed by Trenkwalder and seconded to another user/company or whether you are employed directly by Trenkwalder.
There are also pre-determined salary supplements, such as commuting allowance, meal allowance, allowances for afternoon work, overtime, etc.
Please contact us at infoslovenia@trenkwalder.com, which is also listed on our website, or call your administrator with details of your employment (duration, position, user).
